Co-Director of Research and Advocacy Education

Dr. Sofia Chaudhary is a pediatric emergency medicine physician in Atlanta, GA and a firearm injury prevention researcher and advocate.
“My daughter was in a school lockdown at the age of 2 due to the threat of an active shooter nearby, I don’t want that to happen to any parent. Firearm injuries are preventable, we have data and science that show this is true. As a pediatrician and a mother, my hope is that we can work together for our kids, families, and communities to live and thrive in safer spaces. ”
